ATTENTION THERE ARE WORKS ON THE BUILDING UNTIL THE END OF SEPTEMBER Beautiful Penthouse Studio in Puerto de la Cruz, recently renovated and redecorated in a modern but cozy style, with a fantastic terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, plasma TV and bathroom with shower. It is a fourth floor with elevator, very close to shopping areas, restaurants, bars, bakeries and everything you may need, two minutes walk from the center of Puerto de la Cruz. It is located in a quiet area.
Fully equipped kitchen, coffee machine, bread heater, boiler, washing machine and of course fridge, bathroom with shower, terrace, table and chairs. A large double bed and plasma TV with satellite.
I will be on arrival to deliver the keys to the studio and available throughout your stay.
Puerto de la Cruz is a tourist center with everything you need, two minutes on foot from the Martianez Shopping Center and San Telmo Beach.
The bus station is 10 minutes walking.
You have parking space just outside the studio, but if you need a car and private parking during your stay ask us, there are rent a car´s in Puerto de la Cruz that offer with parking space.

El Botanico is a quiet area with supermarkets, a pharmacy, bakeries, bars and restaurants very close to the apartment, just a few minutes walk away. To get to the center of Puerto de la Cruz you only need to walk around 15 minutes downhill or there is a bus stop a few meters from the apartment, on the main road. Apartment very well located to enjoy the city and staying in a quiet area. I always recommend renting a car to visit the island, it is easier but if you do not plan to move much, there is a bus station in Puerto de la Cruz and a bus stop very close to the accommodation. Nice recently renovated studio located on the fourth floor with elevator, located in the center of Puerto de la Cruz, it has a kitchen with microwave and refrigerator and a ceramic hob, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, and a living-bedroom area with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed and plasma television (smart TV with the possibility of connecting to Netflix...), all new. The entire studio is for the use and enjoyment of guests only. There will always be someone available for guests. The first tourist area in Tenerife, Puerto de la Cruz has everything you need to enjoy a unique vacation, in a safe and quiet environment. There are numerous supermarkets, restaurants and shops very close to the apartment. A 5-minute walk away there is a huge space used as free public parking. A 10-minute walk away is the bus station, from which buses leave to the entire island. If you come by car (which I recommend, since it is easier to visit the island) guests have a free parking area on the pier, less than 5 minutes walk from the studio.
